What do you fly?
So you're into aviation. You're big into airplanes, helicopters, jets, and props.
So am I.
I've been involved in aviation since 2013, when I first showed up to a Marine CH-53E squadron based out of San Diego. Being a crew member, I saw (and did) a bunch of awesome stuff. Carrying cargo slung outside the chopper, dropping off jarheads on mock raids, and flying low through the mountains.
But I never took any photos.
I missed being in the air so I started taking flight lessons. I still don't have many photos.
The few that I do have are awesome. The first solo, getting my private pilot certificate, and instrument rating are some BIG moments for me that I have photos of.
They were taken by my instructors, and as great as they are at flying....photographers they are not.

Different angles and light combine to make great photographs - this one is on my wall
My next logical conclusion was to bring my skill as a photographer to the aviation community. The first step: show what sort of photographs I can take.
Each of the photographs shown here are some of my best compositions from the past couple of years.
I like to highlight certain parts of aircraft. Sometimes the clouds are interesting and I want nothing but the plane in the sky. Other times I like to show the environment around the aircraft.

Welcome to San Diego
The whole point is to capture images that are print worthy and get people excited. Those go in the Online Store, where anyone can take a look and download a free digital copy of the photo.
Use it as your Lock Screen. Keep it in the camera roll. Show your friends. If you like it enough, swing by and grab a print. They're perfect for your home, office, or hangar.
